Requirements

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is essential for this role.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with reviewing sensitive and potentially offensive content.

• Previous experience in content moderation or trust and safety is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
• Identify and action violations related to hate speech, harassment, misinformation, and other harmful content types specific to social media.
• Investigate and resolve user reports and escalations with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide clear, concise, and objective assessments of content and user behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging trends and recommend improvements to trust and safety policies.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of content moderation tools and processes within the social media environment.
• Maintain a deep understanding of evolving online threats and the social media landscape.
• Ensure consistent application of policies to foster a safe and positive user experience on social media.
