Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate social media content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety policies.
• Analyze and resolve reported content issues, including misinformation, harassment, and policy violations, to protect platform integrity.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy in content review while meeting daily throughput and performance targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging trends and threats within the social media landscape.
• Provide insightful feedback on current safety procedures to enhance user experience and platform security.
• Handle sensitive and high-priority content with professionalism, objectivity, and discretion.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of internal safety protocols through data-driven recommendations.
