Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Demonstrable passion for the Gaming & Esports industry.
• Previous experience in back-office administration, customer success, or gaming support.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
• Relocation to Sofia is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex back-office administrative tasks related to player accounts and gaming platforms.
• Provide high-level, professional written communication in German to resolve inquiries for the DACH gaming market.
• Maintain platform integrity by monitoring for fraudulent activity and ensuring adherence to esports fair-play policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to troubleshoot and escalate platform-specific issues.
• Ensure all interactions reflect the premium brand standards of our elite gaming partners.
• Participate in team briefings to stay updated on new game releases, tournament updates, and seasonal events.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for all resolved back-office tickets and account reviews.
