About The Position
Genesis of Cherry Hill is hiring a customer-service-focused Genesis Service Drive Concierge to support customers during service visits. The role serves as a concierge when customers arrive and leave, checks customers in using service-lane technology, transitions them to their assigned Service Advocate, and helps manage service-drive, loaner, and parking-lot operations. The position also supports the processes and procedures required for the Genesis customer experience and may assist with facility operations and maintenance when asked. No prior automotive experience is required.
