About The Position
At Jaguar Land Rover Hinsdale, Service Drive Porters help provide customers with efficient service and meaningful experiences. They keep vehicles moving through the service drive and support the Concierge to ensure customers have a positive experience when dropping off or picking up a vehicle. The role may suit someone interested in Jaguar Land Rover automobiles and in advancing to Concierge or Service Advisor opportunities. Requirements
- Must be able to drive and safely maneuver vehicles.
- Commitment to customer service.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Dependable, motivated, and a team player.
- At least 1 year of previous work experience.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurability standards.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient flow of vehicles through the service drive, moving cars as needed to make room for additional vehicles.
- Move vehicles from the service drive to the shop or parking lot after check-in.
- Promptly bring customer vehicles to the service drive when requested by the Cashier or management over the radio.
- Transport vehicles requiring a car wash to the car wash area.
- Assist the Concierge with greeting customers and checking in vehicles.
- Assist with printing appointment sheets, vehicle histories, and tags for the following day's appointments.
- Work with the Concierge and shop foremen to get as many cars as possible onto the Active Reception rack.
