About The Position
Audi Dominion, part of the Cavender Auto Family, is seeking a Drive Porter to support dealership operations and help deliver a positive customer experience. The role involves greeting and directing customers in the service drive, moving vehicles, keeping the service drive organized, and assisting the service team. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Successfully complete an MVR check, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
- Valid driver's license.
- Enthusiastic and motivated, with an interest in succeeding.
- Engaging personality with strong communication and customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the service drive.
- Direct customers where to go and interact with them in a friendly, caring manner.
- Prepare and move vehicles from the service drive to the parking area.
- Clean and organize the service drive and assist the service team as needed.
- Keep the drive clear by parking cars, recording inventory, and storing keys.
- Support the service team with miscellaneous duties as needed.
