About The Position

The General Services Coordinator is a customer service-focused role at Eagle’s Trace by Erickson Senior Living. The coordinator provides guidance and responds to questions and concerns from residents, staff, and visitors. The position supports office operations, work-order processing, Housekeeping schedules, program records, billing information, and office-supply inventory.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills, including the ability to create documents and work within company-specific programs.

• Office experience is preferred.
• Previous experience with the general public, particularly seniors, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with office work, filing, and distribution of interoffice mail.
• Answer calls, take requests, and follow up on work orders from residents and staff.
• Enter, distribute, and complete work orders through the Mainstar Program, generating reports as needed.
• Maintain Housekeeping schedules and work orders.
• Organize, maintain, and update program records, including residential apartment and vendor information for billing purposes.
• Maintain the General Services office-supply inventory.
