About The Position

The General Services Coordinator at Eagle’s Trace by Erickson Senior Living provides customer service and administrative support to residents, staff, and visitors. The role responds to questions and concerns, handles work-order requests, supports Housekeeping scheduling, and maintains program records and office supplies. Eagle’s Trace is a continuing care retirement community in West Houston, Texas, within Erickson Senior Living’s national network. Compensation starts at $14.82 per hour and is commensurate with experience.

Requirements

Strong computer skills, including the ability to create documents and work with company-specific programs.

Previous experience with the general public, particularly seniors.

Responsibilities

Assist with office work, filing, and distribution of interoffice mail.
Answer calls, take requests, and follow up on work orders from residents and staff.
Enter, distribute, and complete work orders through the Mainstar Program, generating reports as needed.
Maintain Housekeeping schedules and work orders.
Organize, maintain, and update program records, including residential apartment and vendor information for billing purposes.
Maintain the General Services office-supply inventory.
Provide guidance and address questions and concerns from residents, staff, and visitors.
