About The Position

Runners work across hotel departments to ensure guests and associates have what they need when they need it. They deliver items directly to guests in their rooms and support areas such as housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, and the front office, helping maintain smooth hotel operations. The role requires following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and quality standards, contributing to a safe workplace, and maintaining a professional uniform, appearance, and communication. Runners also perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, stairs, and service ramps.
• Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats, including small print, and visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
