About The Position

This is an entry-level, non-skilled general labor position in the Material Handling facility. Team members may work in any department and are responsible for maintaining a safe work environment while following Tyson policies and procedures. The role involves constant box handling and may require minimal use of handheld scanners. The position requires repeated pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of up to 100 pounds or more if required. Work may take place in dry environments with temperatures ranging from 33 to 100 degrees, at heights of up to five stories on open-grade flooring, and above shoulder level. Team members should expect to walk or stand on concrete floors or grating for 8–12 hours a day. Days off vary; the department operates 24/7, including Sundays and some major holidays. Candidates who previously worked for Tyson are subject to a 180-day rehire waiting period and a three-time limit. Candidates must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. Relocation assistance and referral payout are not available.

Requirements
