About The Position

A fast-growing, locally owned residential HVAC company serving homeowners across Chester and Delaware counties is hiring a General Manager to lead technical operations and work alongside ownership to build the brand. The General Manager will serve as the operational backbone of the company, overseeing job costing and CRM dispatching and mentoring incoming technicians. As the company scales and the team becomes fully staffed, the role balances leadership with field execution, including service calls and system replacement quotes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on HVAC service and leadership experience.
• EPA 608 Certification.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Nice To Haves

• NATE certification.
• ICC certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s technical operations.
• Oversee job costing.
