About The Position
The General Manager will lead technical operations for a fast-growing, locally owned residential HVAC company serving homeowners across Chester and Delaware counties. Working alongside ownership, the General Manager will help build the company’s brand and serve as its operational backbone. The role combines leadership and field execution, including service calls and system replacement quotes while the team is being staffed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on HVAC service and leadership experience.
- EPA 608 Certification.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Nice To Haves
- NATE or ICC certifications.
Responsibilities
- Oversee job costing.
- Manage CRM dispatching.
- Mentor incoming technicians.
- Perform service calls and provide system replacement quotes until the team is fully staffed.
- Work alongside ownership to build the company’s brand.
