The General Manager must set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from their crew. This role also involves staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, providing great customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, having reliable transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
