About The Position
This growing boutique Coffee concept is currently seeking a General Manager for their successful store located in Franklin TN. There is a guaranteed advancement opportunity as the owners have deep pockets and will be growing the company into several surrounding states, creating above-store level roles as they grow.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years Manager experience in a regional or national Full Service or Fast Casual concept
- Highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented, with the proven ability to solve complex problems
- Outstanding skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development
Nice To Haves
- Coffee experience is a plus
- High volume Bar experience is a plus

- Managing a budget and cost controls to optimize profits and ensure success
- Identifying opportunity areas and creating plans for action
