About The Position

Primanti Brothers is seeking a General Manager, referred to as a Head Coach, for its Pittsburgh market leadership pipeline. The role focuses on developing people, driving sales performance, owning restaurant results, and delivering an excellent guest experience while preserving the company’s traditions and values.

The General Manager leads restaurant teams and operations, fosters a values-driven culture, and is accountable for sales, labor and food costs, restaurant financials, food quality, inventory, and equipment. The role also oversees budgets, payroll, vendors, cash handling, and reporting, and partners with marketing on promotions and community engagement.

Requirements

• Proven success building high-performing teams and driving sales.
• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, operations, and people leadership.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager is preferred.

Responsibilities
