About The Position

Primanti Brothers is hiring a General Manager, referred to as a Head Coach, for its Pittsburgh market leadership pipeline. The role focuses on developing people, driving sales performance, and delivering an exceptional guest experience while preserving the company’s traditions and values.

The General Manager leads restaurant teams and operations, recruits and develops Players and Coaches, manages financial performance and staffing costs, and ensures quality across food, inventory, equipment, and service. The role also manages budgets, payroll, vendors, cash handling, and reporting; partners with marketing on promotions and community engagement; and works with leadership using sound judgment and initiative.

Requirements

• Proven success building high-performing teams and driving sales.
• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, operations, and people leadership.

• At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager.
