About The Position

Ciocca Automotive is seeking an experienced, results-oriented General Manager to lead its Hanover Honda dealership. The role leads overall dealership operations, develops strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability objectives, and drives performance across departments. The General Manager leads and develops department managers and teams, monitors financial and operational metrics, recruits and retains talent, and promotes accountability and exceptional customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an automotive professional who can build strong teams, improve dealership performance, and maximize profitability.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of automotive dealership management experience, preferably in a General Manager or senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to drive sales, gross profit, and overall dealership profitability.
• Strong understanding of dealership financial statements, forecasting, and key performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop management teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and commitment to CSI.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
