About The Position

Norm Reeves Auto Group is hiring an experienced Automotive Finance Manager for a high-volume Honda dealership in Irvine, California. This is a non-entry-level F&I role for a proven producer who can maximize opportunities, manage high deal volume, and deliver strong results while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance. The role involves structuring deals, working with lenders, presenting and closing finance and ancillary products, and ensuring profitability, clean paperwork, fast funding, and a positive customer experience. The position is onsite, full-time, and has a varied schedule. The stated compensation range is $180,000–$320,000.

Requirements

Proven success as an Automotive Finance Manager or F&I Manager.
Strong PVR and product penetration performance.
Excellent performance with VSC, GAP, maintenance, appearance protection, and ancillary products.
Ability to structure deals and work effectively with multiple lenders.
Strong understanding of lender programs, approvals, stipulations, and funding.
Excellent closing and presentation skills.
Ability to manage high deal volume without sacrificing customer satisfaction or compliance.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
