About The Position

Norm Reeves Dealerships is seeking a Finance Manager for Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach, California. The Finance Manager creates a positive guest experience by applying strong ethics, prior finance-management experience, and established relationships with prime, mid-prime, and sub-prime lenders. The role focuses on keeping guests as the primary priority and ensuring their satisfaction. The Finance Manager sells back-end products, manages contracts in transit, and handles transactions from the initial lead inquiry through vehicle delivery and loan funding. The role also involves working with credit-challenged customers and lenders specializing in sub-prime lending, while carefully collecting the required credit-file stipulations.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Salesperson license.
Minimum of 2 years in a finance manager role.
Ability to effectively rehash deals with prime, mid-prime, and sub-prime lenders.
Ability to average over $1,800 PRU.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Leadership skills in team-based and independent settings.
Existing relationships with prime, mid-prime, and sub-prime lenders.

Responsibilities

Sell tangible and intangible back-end products using a menu, including service contracts, GAP, and paint/fabric sealants.
Manage contracts in transit daily.
Handle credit-challenged sub-prime auto lending and work with lenders specializing in poor credit profiles and sub-prime lending.
Collect all stipulations associated with sub-prime credit files, with attention to detail.
Manage transactions from the initial lead inquiry through vehicle delivery and loan funding.
Work patiently with credit-challenged clientele.
Create a positive guest experience and prioritize guest satisfaction.
