About The Position

Ciocca Automotive is seeking an experienced, driven, and results-oriented General Manager to lead its Hanover Honda dealership. The role is responsible for dealership-wide operations, performance, profitability, and customer experience. The General Manager leads and develops department managers and teams, establishes accountability, and ensures consistent execution of dealership processes and operating objectives. The position offers the opportunity to make an impact and grow within the Ciocca Automotive family.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of automotive dealership management experience, preferably in a General Manager or senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to drive sales, gross profit, and overall dealership profitability.
• Strong understanding of dealership financial statements, forecasting, and key performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop management teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and commitment to CSI.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Additional education beyond a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall dealership operations and drive profitability across all departments.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales, revenue, and profitability objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop department managers while holding teams accountable for results.
• Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics daily, identify opportunities, and implement action plans.

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent.
• Ensure consistent execution of dealership processes, standards, and operating objectives.
