About The Position

A rapidly expanding multi-brand franchise operator with more than 230 restaurants in eight states is hiring General Managers to lead Wendy’s locations across Hampton Roads, Virginia. The company operates Wendy’s, Taco Bell, and a growing beverage brand, and offers advancement opportunities for strong leaders, including promotion from within. The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including guest satisfaction, drive-thru speed, food safety, food and labor costs, team development, and the store P&L. This is a hands-on leadership role that involves leading from the floor and coaching the team. Compensation is $60,000–$65,000 plus a quarterly bonus.

Requirements

Restaurant management experience, preferably in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants, ideally with drive-thru experience.
A track record of building teams, developing people, and holding others accountable.
Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, labor management, and cost controls.
Positive, hands-on leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
