About The Position

Lead a 7 Brew drive-thru coffee stand in Yorktown, Virginia, owning daily operations, sales, and profitability while building an energetic team and delivering the brand’s speed, quality, and hospitality standards. The role is hands-on and performed inside the stand, including working on headset, at the bar, or at the window. The General Manager will also represent the brand locally through marketing and community events. The organization describes 7 Brew as a fast-growing concept with plans for additional stands and potential advancement into multi-stand and market leadership roles.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience leading teams in QSR, coffee, or fast casual.
High-energy, people-first leadership and the ability to set the pace and culture in person on every shift.
A record of hiring, training, retaining, and promoting team members.
Availability for early mornings and across dayparts, weekends, and holidays.
Interest in growth and advancement.
