About The Position

The Stand Manager owns the growth, profitability, and culture of a 7 Brew coffee stand in Durham, North Carolina. The manager serves as the team’s primary leader, coaching and training employees, advancing daily performance, building relationships with the Brew Crew, and connecting with the local community. The role works in a fast-paced, high-energy drive-thru environment focused on speed, quality, and positive customer experiences.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in high-volume drive-thru, QSR, retail, or hospitality.
• A proven record of leading teams, managing scheduling and inventory, and growing profitability.
• High energy and enthusiasm, with strong communication and people skills.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead stand operations during peak periods, step into any position as needed, and set expectations for speed, accuracy, and energy.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor Shift Leads and team members.
• Build a positive, high-performing team culture centered on customer service.
• Manage inventory, labor scheduling, ordering, and product stocking.
• Complete daily financial reporting and handle cash.
• Maintain brand standards for product quality, sanitation, speed of service, and safety.
• Engage with the Durham community and maintain the 7 Brew atmosphere.
