The General Manager leads a high-performing Pet Care Center, putting pets first while inspiring partners, delighting customers, and delivering strong business results. The role is accountable for people, performance, and processes, and models effective leadership. The General Manager builds engaged teams, drives profitable growth, and ensures high standards of animal care, safety, and customer experience. It involves customer assistance and point-of-sale transactions, proximity to animals and exposure to animal dander, odors, noises, and cleaning chemicals.
