About The Position

The General Manager operates equipment and performs food preparation, inventory, order-processing, cleaning, and delivery duties. The role involves stocking ingredients, receiving and processing telephone orders, completing inventory paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. It also includes delivering products and promotional materials within a designated area, including navigating varied terrain and delivery sites.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying product.

Responsibilities
