About The Position
Little Rey, inspired by Northern Mexican cuisine, is Superica’s younger sister, featuring wood-roasted “chicken al carbon” in a vibrant, super-casual atmosphere. The General Manager leads all aspects of restaurant operations and leads the team in an open, positive, and approachable manner. The role monitors the restaurant as a whole, controls seating, oversees menu changes, and hires, trains, and develops staff. The General Manager monitors service and team performance, anticipates guests’ needs, and acts proactively to ensure guest satisfaction. The role also leads daily meetings and fosters an educational, positive work environment. Rocket Farm Restaurants describes its culture as centered on serving and supporting the people who serve guests, with dignity, respect, and care. The advertised salary is $85,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a generous quarterly bonus program.
