About The Position

Rocket Farm Restaurants is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for its Nashville locations. The Executive Sous Chef directly oversees day-to-day kitchen operations, including production and prep, private parties and special events, stewarding, purchasing, and receiving. The role ensures culinary staff can prepare all menu items to the highest standards and runs the kitchen effectively and professionally in the Executive Chef’s absence.
