About The Position

Lafrance Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead the team at the Residence Inn by Marriott in North Conway, New Hampshire. The General Manager will enhance the guest experience and oversee the hotel’s operational success, including driving revenue, managing expenses, and fostering a team committed to exceptional service. The role calls for hospitality management experience, preferably in a General Manager or similar leadership position, with a record of team development, financial management, and operational excellence. Lafrance Hospitality has more than 75 years of hospitality industry experience and operates 17 select-service hotels across multiple brands.

Requirements

Previous general management experience in a focused or full-service hotel environment.
Brand hotel experience, preferably with Marriott.
Ability to hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
Experience in financial management, including P&L statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain guest relationships.
Competency in managing all hotel departments, including rooms division, sales, and food and beverage.
Passion for hospitality and commitment to exceptional guest service.
