About The Position

Ross Downing CDJR of Mobile is looking for a General Manager/leader immediately. Ideal candidates would have F&I experience and cross desk experience for both new and used, as well as fixed operations. Candidates must have management experience, strong closing ability, a great attitude and a HIGH ENERGY personality. Requirements

Dealership management experience required
Experience with new, pre-owned, and fixed operations
Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated with a passion to achieve high standards
Valid driver's license and good driving record
F&I experience
Cross desk experience for both new and used
Fixed operations experience
Management experience
Strong closing ability
Great attitude
HIGH ENERGY personality

Responsibilities

Develop an effective sales team through training and performance standards
Manage the inventory including possibly ordering and dealer trades
Must be able to handle dealership staffing
Ability to stay confident in high stress/high activity times with a positive attitude
Planning, organizational and recruiting skills to build a high-performance team
