About The Position
The client is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney to join a collaborative team of professionals and represent sophisticated clients facing complex legal challenges. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule in Madison, New Jersey. The stated base salary range is $130,000–$190,000.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in New Jersey.
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, such as general liability or personal injury defense, product liability defense, or construction defense.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Admission to practice law in New York.
- Experience with motion practice, report writing, discovery, and depositions.
- Trial and trial preparation experience.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end.
- Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects.
- Handle court appearances and depositions regularly.
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
