About The Position

ZF Axle Drives Marysville, LLC is seeking a full-time, year-round Gear Engineering Intern to join its Maintenance team in Marysville, Michigan. The team supports operational excellence for Stellantis by driving reliability and efficiency through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement. The intern will work with experienced Maintenance Superintendents, support standardized communication of key performance indicators, and contribute to projects aligned with plant goals. The position offers hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes and an opportunity to support performance and productivity.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate (within two years).
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.
Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and accept direction from multiple sources.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
Flexibility to work off-shift hours when necessary in a three-shift operation.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Previous manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

Manage KPI dashboards and data collection for facility and production maintenance.
Manage preventive maintenance (PM) and ticket systems for facilities, IT, and production maintenance.
Schedule, print, and close orders.
Update and edit PMs in the system.
Create new PMs as requested by supervisors.
Enter information and data for new equipment.
Edit and post weekly communication documents on department boards.
Prepare for and participate in TS16949 audits.
