About The Position
Sedgebrook is hiring a Gatehouse Attendant for its senior living community. The Gatehouse Attendant verifies and documents the scheduled presence of guests, visitors, vendors, and third-party contractors entering the property. The role is PRN and works weekends from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with pay of $18 per hour based on experience.
Requirements
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to perform simple arithmetic.
- Attendance, dependability, and punctuality are essential.
Nice To Haves
- One year of gatehouse and/or security experience preferred.
- Computer skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Log in every person entering the property, including guests, contractors, and vendors, and direct traffic on campus property.
- Log the times of daily security staff activities within the community, including interior and exterior patrols and emergency calls.
- Maintain attendance, dependability, and punctuality in accordance with the Attendance policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
