About The Position

As a Games Operator at Excalibur, you will create memorable guest experiences through friendly service, engaging interactions, and a welcoming attitude. You will assist guests with arcade games, maintain clean and fully stocked equipment, handle cash transactions, and ensure fair play and prize distribution. The position is suited to an energetic, attentive person who is passionate about delivering fun and memorable moments.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide guest service.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful disposition toward guests and fellow employees.
• Encourage guests to play arcade games and answer their questions knowledgeably.
• Ensure games are clean, adequately equipped, and ready for guest use.
• Enforce game rules and ensure appropriate prizes are awarded.
• Maintain proper security of all prizes.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Help transport department deliveries from the warehouse to storage areas and restock game prizes.
• Receive cash and disburse change.
