Game Day Lead (Freeport | Long Island)

Brodie Rec League•Huntington Station, NY
•$22 - $28•Onsite

About The Position

The Game Day Lead owns game-night operations, managing the gym floor so the League Manager can focus on relationships with captains, players, and fans. The role ensures the gym is set up according to the site map, every stream is live, staff roles are covered, and the crew meets the Brodie Standard. The Game Day Lead teaches and coaches staff, checks their work, and encourages them to resolve issues themselves rather than taking over their tasks. When the League Manager is off-site, the Game Day Lead is in charge of league-night operations and the crew, including supporting drop-in athletes and helping convert them into league-night athletes. The position reports to the League Manager and is described as a direct path to that role. The posting specifies permanent part-time employment in Freeport, New York, with expected compensation of $22–$28 per hour, depending on market.
