About The Position

Mothe Funeral Home is seeking an ambitious professional to join their team as a Funeral Sales Representative. This role offers competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential, focusing on closing pre-set appointments with clients looking to plan their final wishes. You will be supported by a dedicated team for lead generation, appointment setting, and strategic marketing, allowing you to focus on connecting with clients and providing peace of mind for their loved ones. Precoa, a leading national sales and marketing company in the preneed insurance industry, partners with funeral homes to implement a lead generation and marketing system called Proactive Preneed. Their goal is to help families prearrange their plans to aid in the healing process at the time of loss.

Requirements

Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus!
Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills
Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments
Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
