About The Position

Gent Funeral Home & Cremation Services is seeking an ambitious Funeral Sales Representative who is driven to hit their goals. This role offers qualified leads, community connections, and a dedicated team to support your efforts with lead generation, appointment setting, and strategic marketing resources. You will represent a premier funeral home partner in qualified meetings with clients, typically lasting 90 minutes. The position offers competitive compensation with no earning cap, recognition through sales incentive trips, and opportunities for career advancement with a life insurance license.

Requirements

  • Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
  • 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus!
  • Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills
  • Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments
  • Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities

Responsibilities
