About The Position

Nation Security is hiring a bilingual English/Spanish recruiter to help build its team. The recruiter will manage hiring from sourcing through onboarding, connect with and interview candidates, and balance candidate experience with hiring manager expectations while managing multiple open roles. The role involves building talent pipelines, sourcing applicants through social media and hiring platforms, and maintaining an organized, legally compliant recruitment process aligned with company values. The recruiter will use English and Spanish to communicate with candidates and team members.

Requirements

Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
Proven experience as a recruiter; bilingual recruitment experience is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a professional attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Bilingual recruitment experience.
