About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Recruiter to recruit, interview, onboard, and manage employees placed in field assignments. The role also supports day-to-day branch operations and customer service, including regular in-person and phone contact with general managers who receive placed employees. The recruiter will work between the Garland and Lewisville branches, with mileage reimbursed. Regular and reliable on-site attendance is an essential function. The position pays $44,000 to $45,650 annually.

Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with clients and candidates.
Good personal-computer knowledge and ability to use essential programs, including MS Word, Excel, and email.
Social media recruiting experience.
Excellent communication skills over the phone and in person.
Record-keeping skills.
Self-motivated.
Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
Good phone and instant-message etiquette.
Ability to prioritize urgent tasks as needed.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a drug and background check.
Attention to detail.
Ability to answer phones and do computer work at the same time.

Responsibilities

Screen, interview, hire, and orient field employees, monitor their work performance, and coordinate their placement using the company ATS system.
Use social media platforms, job boards, and recruiting tools to find candidates and schedule appointments and interviews.
Work with the Branch Manager to set and complete weekly goals.
Complete new-hire paperwork for field employees.
Build and maintain relationships with branch clients.
Participate in an on-call rotation.
Provide customer service and communicate daily in person and by phone with general managers.
