Requirements

Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
Proven experience as a recruiter; bilingual recruiting experience is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities professionally.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
