About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for a variety of business roles. The recruiter will source and engage candidates, evaluate talent, and manage the process through offer closure. They will recruit across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Operations, and Content, and partner with full-time recruiters to support smooth offer processes. The role also focuses on building strong talent networks, providing a positive, high-touch candidate experience, and managing priorities with urgency and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in full-cycle business recruiting.
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring diverse talent.
• Experience working with both small and large technology companies.
• A strong network of senior business and creative talent.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and candidate engagement to evaluation and offer closure.
• Recruit talent across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Operations, and Content.
• Partner with full-time recruiters to ensure smooth offer processes.
• Build strong talent networks and deliver a positive, high-touch candidate experience.
• Manage priorities with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
