About The Position

Signify Health, a CVS Health business unit, is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Coordinator for its Fulfillment Ops team. This team supports the clinical network by ensuring clinicians receive the supplies and equipment they need for member visits. The coordinator manages supply order intake, triage to vendor partners, and fulfillment tracking for clinician requests. The role also handles returned supplies and equipment, including inspection, quality assurance, maintenance, re-fulfillment, or disposal, and responds to clinician questions about orders and shipments. The coordinator coaches clinicians on supply management and reordering best practices and works to meet established response-time and order-management service-level agreements (SLAs). The role is based at Signify Health’s Dallas, Texas, headquarters. Candidates must live within commuting distance of the Dallas (Farmers Branch) office and be able to work onsite at least two days per week. The position reports to the Fulfillment Manager within the Clinician Experience Operations organization. It is full-time, with 40 anticipated weekly hours, and may require overtime as needed. The stated pay range is $17.00–$28.46 per hour. The role is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program, as well as benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources, subject to eligibility.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
At least one year of experience researching and diagnosing complex problems and resolving them independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience managing an end-to-end recurring process and identifying areas for improvement.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally.
Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel and the broader Google Suite platform.
Must be located in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area, within commuting distance of the Dallas (Farmers Branch) headquarters, and able to work in the office at least two days per week.
Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Ensure clinicians have adequate supplies to perform IHE, diagnostic, and preventative services as scheduled.
Pull daily reports and create work lists to manage initial supply shipments for newly onboarded clinicians.
Aggregate resupply requests from the clinician network into bulk order files for vendor partners and fulfillment distribution centers.
Coordinate with supply vendors and fulfillment distribution center partners to ensure timely action on bulk orders within established SLAs.
Receive, inspect, and determine the proper disposition of supplies returned by clinicians.
Track the end-to-end lifecycle of limited-inventory devices, including outbound shipments, returns, intake, quality assurance, maintenance, and planned device movements across the clinician network.
Respond to clinician inquiries about supplies and order status within established response-time SLAs.
Meet required response-time and order-management SLAs, and inform stakeholders and recommend adjustments as business needs or trends change.
Coach clinicians on supply management and reorder best practices.
Work overtime as needed.
