About The Position

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Fulfillment & Mail Delivery Coordinator to oversee daily fulfillment activities, coordinate product delivery logistics, and ensure the proper handling of mail services. The position serves as a liaison between departments and partners to support the timely and accurate distribution of materials while maintaining high operational standards. The role facilitates ministry activities and contributes to CBN’s mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide. The position is part of the Mail Services team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. CBN describes the team as positive and supportive, with a good work-life balance. The salary range is $16–$18 per hour; final compensation within the range depends on education, relevant experience, and demonstrated skills. CBN is a global nonprofit ministry sharing the Gospel through digital content, traditional media, and humanitarian aid.

Requirements

Working knowledge of mail processing, including USPS regulations.
Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new software.
Strong time-management, multitasking, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
Ability to bend, walk, push, pull, squat, and reach above shoulder level frequently.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 pounds.
Ability to learn to operate a forklift safely.
Demonstrated life application of Biblical principles and practices aligned with CBN’s nonprofit Christian mission.
