About The Position

The Fulfillment & Mail Delivery Coordinator oversees daily fulfillment activities, coordinates product delivery logistics, and ensures the proper handling of mail services. The role serves as a liaison between departments and partners to support timely and accurate distribution of materials and maintain high operational standards. The work facilitates CBN’s ministry activities and its mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide. This position is with the Mail Services team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. CBN describes the team as positive and supportive, with a good balance between work and personal life. The hourly salary range is $16–$18; final compensation depends on education, relevant experience, and demonstrated skills aligned with the role requirements.

Requirements

Working knowledge of mail processing, including USPS regulations.
Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new software.
Strong time-management, multitasking, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Flexibility and ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
Ability to bend, walk, push, pull, squat, and reach above shoulder level frequently.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 pounds.
Ability to learn to operate a forklift safely.
Demonstrated life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN’s nonprofit Christian mission.
Agreement with CBN’s mission and purpose.
