About The Position

Chewy is seeking a meticulous, customer-focused Fulfillment Coordinator to join its WOW Team. The role supports Chewy’s mission to delight customers with personalized packages, including care kits and hand-wrapped gifts. It requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to quality while handling packages with multiple customization requirements.

The coordinator performs order fulfillment tasks, manages shipment information across systems, and helps ensure packages are accurate and tailored to customer needs. The position involves operating standard office and warehouse equipment and performing physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, standing, stooping, and reaching.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with U.S. postal abbreviations and mailing processes.
• Ability to operate standard office and warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and push or pull weights up to 360 lbs.
• Ability to stand, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Comfort working in confined spaces and environments with exposure to dust.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, gift-wrap, and ship orders accurately.
• Operate standard office and warehouse equipment, including printers, scanners, laminators, and desktop computers.
• Maintain high standards of quality and speed to meet customer expectations.
• Format, import, and export Excel files between Oracle and ShipStation to support data integration.
• Log and organize shipment data across multiple systems, matching packages to the correct customer records.
• Fulfill and manage orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency in delivery.
• Hand-wrap gifts and tailor packages to customer needs.
