About The Position

Pacific States Petroleum, Inc. is an on-site fueling company serving California and Reno since 2001. The Fuel Delivery Dispatcher is central to operations, supporting drivers and customers through logistics and communication. The role requires attention to detail and urgency in a fast-paced environment. It is a full-time, salaried position with a starting pay of $75,000 annually, depending on experience. The schedule is a night shift starting at 2:00 PM, Thursday through Monday.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a dispatcher or a Class A/B driver.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Southern California geography.

Responsibilities

• Strategically determine and manage daily routes for a group of 5–10 drivers, making real-time adjustments to support efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor driver progress and manage time and attendance.
• Coordinate daily activities with account managers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls and driver communications, addressing service requests, issues, and questions.
• Promote a positive safety culture and work to improve driving staff productivity.
• Monitor fuel prices and loading preferences.
• Assist with data collection for incentive pay programs.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
