About The Position

The Delivery Dispatcher assists with order fulfillment, route scheduling, and communication for the cannabis delivery process. The role involves entering order information into a POS system, verifying customer eligibility and identification, preparing products and customer orders according to strict procedures, scheduling and routing deliveries, creating delivery manifests, and coordinating with drivers and customers. Dispatchers may also cross-train for other positions as required.

Requirements

• Excellent computer and multitasking abilities.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Dispatching experience is preferred; applicants may be trained.

Responsibilities

• Enter information into the POS system.
• Verify customer eligibility and identification.
• Follow strict processes and procedures while preparing product.
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders.
• Schedule and route customer deliveries for drivers.
• Create delivery manifests for orders.
• Communicate with delivery drivers to coordinate orders and deliveries.
