$128,400 - $267,400Hybrid

About The Position

EY is a global leader in serving the financial services industry, and the only professional services firm with a dedicated business unit focused exclusively on financial services — the Financial Services Organization (FSO). Our specialized structure enables us to work at the forefront of change, helping clients across Banking & Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, and Insurance adapt to a rapidly evolving landscape. Our purpose is to build a financial services industry that is trusted, resilient, and transformative — one where institutions can flourish and contribute to a healthy global economy. If you’re motivated by solving complex challenges, driving innovation, and shaping the future of financial services, we invite you to join our dynamic Asset & Wealth Management Consulting team. As part of our Asset & Wealth Management practice, you’ll help clients better align their operating models, data, and technology with their business strategies. Our work spans the full investment value chain—from front-office strategy and product development to middle- and back-office transformation and digital enablement. You’ll serve both traditional and alternative asset managers, wealth platforms, and service providers, working on initiatives that enable efficiency, scale, and transparency. Increasingly, this includes supporting clients as they expand into Private Markets and semi-liquid alternative products—helping bridge the operational and regulatory complexities between public and private investments. This is an opportunity to build deep expertise across a diverse set of asset classes while developing future-ready consulting skills in operations, technology, data, and regulatory change.
