About The Position
The Manager, Business Transformation is an on-site role in Tampa, Florida, responsible for shaping site strategy, leading meaningful change, and driving operational excellence. This highly visible position partners closely with the Site Leader to translate strategic priorities into measurable results, lead cross-functional initiatives, support organizational transformation, and help ensure critical business objectives are executed across the site.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a manufacturing, regulated, or complex business environment.
- Proven success leading cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives, or organizational change efforts.
- Strong understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and project execution.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other business productivity tools.
- Strategic thinking and sound decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead change and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- Strong business acumen and organizational awareness.
- Ability to influence and build alignment across diverse teams.
- Focus on accountability, execution, and measurable results.
- Confidence communicating with leaders and stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Site Leader to translate strategic priorities into clear goals, actions, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate business transformation initiatives, organizational changes, and site growth programs.
- Track progress on key priorities and proactively identify risks, challenges, and opportunities.
- Build alignment across teams and functions to drive effective execution and business results.
- Facilitate leadership meetings, planning sessions, and strategic reviews.
- Analyze business performance and prepare recommendations, presentations, and communications for leadership.
- Establish governance, accountability, and reporting processes to ensure initiatives remain on track.
