About The Position

The Front Office Intern gains hands-on experience supporting hotel operations and delivering memorable guest experiences. The role involves interacting with guests from around the world and collaborating with hospitality professionals as a Guest Service Agent. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate academic commitments. Interns perform assigned tasks under department leaders’ guidance, learn from team members, and may support other departments to build broader knowledge of hotel operations.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide outstanding service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively use the hotel's property management system.
• Open availability during non-school periods, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Current enrollment in a Hospitality program or recent graduation.
• Previous front desk or hospitality experience.
• Bilingual skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks under the guidance of department leaders while learning from team members and gaining hands-on experience.
• Support other departments as needed to build broader knowledge of hotel operations.
