About The Position

The Finance Analyst supports Hilton Chicago's Finance team with daily accounting and analytical responsibilities across a large-scale hotel operation, including rooms, dining, meetings, and events. The role supports Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting, and participates in preparing accurate reports and managing accounts. The position also contributes to monthly financial reporting, month-end activities, internal controls, financial communications, and coordination with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting tasks across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting to support financial operations.
• Research and respond to questions and inquiries, and work with internal and external parties to resolve disputes promptly.
• Assist with producing monthly accounts and completing month-end responsibilities.
• Support internal controls over financial data.
• Report financial results and help internal and external stakeholders understand financial matters.
• Build and maintain cooperative relationships with other finance and corporate departments.
